What is NLP?
NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming and is an alternative field in psychotherapy. While it has admittedly generated some controversy, it has undeniably made its mark on many Western fields of study. NLP focuses on how patterned behavior can be traced back to specific subjective thought and experience. By locating and probing these underlying elements, NLP aims to help people become more self-aware and as a result, live better lives.
